1. General Terms and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 1333bb platform and all services operated under it. By accessing the 1333bb.cam website, creating an account, or using any service, the user is considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

• Each person may hold only one account.
• Users must operate the account in their own name — operating an account on behalf of another person is prohibited.
• A valid email address and mobile number must be provided.
• Registration is not permitted from locations where the platform's services are prohibited by law.

Identity Verification (KYC)

1333bb may verify identity at any time in the interest of secure transactions. This process may require a copy of a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Withdrawals may be held pending until verification is complete.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

Each member is solely responsible for keeping their account password and login details completely confidential. All activity carried out from a member's account is the member's own responsibility.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

• Deposits from third-party accounts or cards are prohibited.
• If a fraudulent or unauthorised transaction is detected, the account will be suspended.

Withdrawal Terms

• The turnover requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals may be delayed while a verification process is underway.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in cases of suspicious activity.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

1333bb offers various promotional offers. All bonuses and offers are subject to specific terms.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200; or depositing ৳18,000 gives a ৳10,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳28,000.

Turnover Requirement

A 20x turnover requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means bonus funds become withdrawable only after completing bets totalling 20 times the bonus amount.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own specific validity period.
• The same offer cannot be claimed more than once.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus will be cancelled.
• 1333bb reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.

VIP Programme

The 1333bb VIP Programme has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. A weekly cashback benefit applies at each tier: up to 0.5% at Bronze, up to 1.0% at Silver, and up to 1.5% at Gold. Progression to a higher tier depends on continued active participation.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

The 1333bb platform offers cricket betting, sports betting, slots, live casino, fishing games, and more. The following rules apply to all gaming activity:

General Gaming Rules

• The result of each bet or game is final and cannot be changed unless a technical error is proven.
• If a game is incomplete due to a technical error, 1333bb will make a decision at its own discretion.
• 1333bb is not liable for losses caused by internet disconnection.
• The terms of individual game providers (such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe, and Evolution Gaming) may also apply.

Sports Betting Rules

• The acceptance of bets and the right to change odds rests solely at the discretion of 1333bb.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the related bet will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.
• Odds may change during live betting due to delays — no claims will be accepted once a bet is confirmed.
• Specific betting limits apply to international cricket events including BPL, IPL, and the T20 World Cup.

7. Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited, and such violations may result in permanent account closure:

• Abusing bonuses by creating multiple accounts.
• Registering an account with false or incomplete information.
• Attempting to manipulate the platform using any software or method.
• Using another person's credit card or payment account.
• Attempting to abuse the platform in an organised or coordinated manner, including arbitrage betting.
• Attempting unauthorised access to the platform's systems or infrastructure.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.
• Operating an account while under 21 years of age, or assisting minors in registering.

8. Account Suspension and Closure Policy

1333bb reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a breach of the Terms is found.
• If suspicious activity is detected on the account.
• If verification documents are not submitted.
• At the user's own request.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period.

Balance Upon Account Closure

If an account is closed due to a breach of the Terms, all bonus balances may be forfeited. However, legitimately deposited principal funds are generally refundable, unless they are connected to illegal activity. If an account is closed at the user's own request, any remaining balance may be withdrawn.

9. Privacy and Data Protection
